Multihead Cutting System

In this time of international crisis and shortage of demand, Cutting Trading International is on the market with a new multipurpose product, the upshot of research and development fuelled by internal resources: the Multihead Cutting System.

This machine is designed to cater to the needs of a market bracket in which high productivity and orthogonal /rhomboid geometries are required. The basic feature of the MCS is modularity in order to quickly and efficiently satisfy the end user’s needs .

The basic technical specifications are:

Multi-head – possibility of assembling from a minimum of three to a customizable maximum of cutting heads, which in the basic version are of the blade type. Head positioning is completely automatic, as is switching on/off.
Working height 1000 [mm] (MCS 1000) at 3500 [mm] (MCS 3500).
Roll or large roll feed.
Programmable cross cutting to size (blade-type basic version).
Hybrid technology, brushless/asynchronous motors;
Proprietary software control that allows entering a loaded roll cutting program.

The software is designed to be simple and functional (user-friendly) in order to increase the efficiency of the work process and productivity, restricting human errors and consequently increasing safety.
Useful sensor and diagnostics system able to drastically reduce machine down times.
Remote control able to provide a technical assistance service and clear and precise answers in a short time.
The production of reports makes it possible to manage production orders and to check production order components and daily production data in real time.
